• Exterior: behind the house, a fully fenced shaded plot of land accessible directly from the dining room.
There you will find a barbecue as well as a table and chairs which can accommodate 10 people.
You will also find outdoor games there.
A small lean-to adjoining the house, equipped with garden furniture, allows you to enjoy the freshness.
Sainte-Marie, a village of 700 inhabitants located 10 km from Montbéliard, benefits from a privileged location, which will allow you to fully enjoy your stay in the region (Haut-Doubs and Alsace, Montbéliard Christmas market).
Colruyt store 3 km away and tree climbing 3 km away.
The cycle route passes through our village for cycling enthusiasts (possibility of storing bicycles inside).

"Un gîte formidable!"
Groupe de huit amis, nous avons passé un long week-end de fin d'été au gîte. Fraîchement restauré dans une ambiance mêlant avec goût le charme de l'ancien et le cosy d'une décoration contemporaine, il est très confortable et très bien équipé notamment au niveau de la cuisine. Il offre de beaux espaces au rez de chaussé et à l'étage les quatre chambres au parquet ancien sont très agréables. A noter, une salle de jeux (avec plein de jeux pour petits et grands) et un jardin arboré propice au barbecue et déjeuner/dîner les pieds dans l'herbe. Il est très bien situé pour découvrir Montbéliard et ses environs. Et enfin, les hôtes sont très accueillants. Bref, un petit coin parfait pour un week-end ou plus.
